摘要
You will collaborate with global cross-functional biomarker matrix teams to execute fit-for-purpose biomarker plans, implement internal and external biomarker activities, deliver high quality data and enable impact in early and late clinical development phases.
Duration of program: 24 months
Program start: September 2025
Applications are open until 03 March 2025 included.
About the Role
- Evaluate the latest single cell isolation & preservation, scRNA-seq library preparations protocols and sequencing technologies (10x genomics, BD Rhapsody, Scale / Parse Bioscience etc) for its application in clinical research.
- Collaborate and cross train with a variety of biomarker modalities (e.g. mass and flow cytometry) and other state of the art technologies (e.g. spatial transcriptomics and spatial proteomics) to integrate results and overcome limitations.
- Close collaboration and training with bioinformatics teams towards analysis of multidimensional single cell datasets, data integration and interpretation.
- Drive the validation and implementation of innovative single cell omics workflows for clinical research in internal labs as well as with external vendors.
- Discuss experimental setups, analysis plan and interpret data to enable proof of mechanism, dose selection & proof of biology across early clinical programs and present results at internal meetings.
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of data generated through outsourced activities.
- Contributing to support protocols and writing quality reports and laboratory manuals.
TM Academy is designed for individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences:
